Routines and Habits
"Get Inspired, Create Daily!"
"Get Inspired, Create Daily!"
Routines and habits are distinct concepts that involve repetitive actions. Habits are automatic behaviors triggered by specific cues, while routines consciously organize sequences of actions. They can influence our lives positively or negatively. Understanding the differences allows us to make intentional choices about our behaviors and actions. Habits can become part of routines, supporting the establishment of personal style. We can lead more fulfilling lives by recognizing negative habits, replacing them with positive ones, and developing supportive routines.
Inspired by nature, architecture, and expressive metaphor, I make things that are sometimes art and sometimes something else. Creating is my passion. I may be obsessed. So when I quit working on these things, I think about what they are.
The edge of shared experience is where I connect. Posted on this site appear edited parts of my journals, images, and drawings. Creating is essential to me. I think in pictures. My expression is often a mix of styles; ideas and words are chosen based on loose metaphors and intuitive whim.
Quirky ideas are my lingo. Many things that interest me are beyond ordinary thought and experience, calling for reflection. My fear of boredom causes me to interrupt my routine life and ask questions. I search for understanding to open new possibilities for change.
Embedded in my character is a type of angst for the quality of my contact. For years, my work has been the expression of ephemera pasted to a substrate with familiar objects. This assemblage, or sometimes collage, served as my correspondence. I aim to find the edge where a connection to memory happens, imagined or real, with humor and hope. So, friends, here are my latest thoughts.

Exploring the psychology of angling can provide valuable insights into your personality and behavior. As anglers, we study behavioral, communicative, and relational tendencies to lure and capture attention with emotional instincts.
By understanding our unique patterns and preferences, we can tailor our approach to angling and increase our chances of success. Whether choosing the right bait, adjusting our concept technique, or simply being more patient and observant, a deeper understanding of individual personal psychology can significantly impact an imaging experience.
So, next time you're out on the water, take some time to reflect on your angling psychology and consider how you can use this knowledge to improve your skills and enjoyment. With some self-awareness and practice, you may be pleased by what you attract.

After work, I take a walk around a nearby park. I'm a bit of an introvert and use the walk time to destress. I have started sketching various park elements and found the inspiration to write a narrative about my daily life.

My Studio Time is a massive part of my life! My studio has a beat that adds inspiration. This incredible space serves as a sanctuary for me. My passions are oil painting and drumming. They provide a certain balance that's hard to describe. I have just started two new projects, and my Studio Routine planning is necessary. Thanks for the support.
